Limited edition commemorative program books will be for sale to spectators attending the event.  Typically these programs are purchased by approximately 500 of the attendees.  This 32 page program book includes the following information:

 

  • Adjudicator bios

  • Performance schedule

  • Performing band information including pictures, show title, and musical selections

  • Score sheet with ink pen included in purchase

 

Advertisements in this program book are priced as follows:

 

  • All corporate sponsors receive a line item “thank you” acknowledgement

  • 1/4 page advertisements are priced at $125.00

  • 1/2 page advertisements are priced at $250.00

  • Full page advertisements are priced at $500.00

Spectator Guide Advertisement.png

The electronic pdf spectator guide will be sent to all attending band directors to be distributed to their spectators. 

 

It includes similar event information to what is contained on the Golden Regiment Invitational Website including parking, amenities, and event schedule.  These are anticipated to reach about 2,000 spectators. 

 

This guide will be sent out to band directors in September one month prior to the event. 

 

Advertisements in this spectator guide are priced as follows:

 

  • All corporate sponsors receive a line item “thank you” acknowledgement

  • 1/2 page advertisements are priced at $150.00

  • Full page advertisements are priced at $300.00

Peve Stadium at Blue Springs High School will play host to spectators throughout the entire day of the event.  Banner advertisements can be placed throughout the stadium. 

 

Banner advertisements are priced as follows:

 

  • 20' x 5.5' banner on visitor side bleacher railing facing the main spectator seating is priced at $1,000.00.

  • Banner on fence railing alongside entrance pavilion is priced at $500.00.

 

Each Sponsor is limited to one banner placement. 

 

Banner sponsors will be responsible for providing the banner, installation and removal.  The Golden Regiment will take care of printing, storing, installation, and removal of any banners based on a three year commitment to maintain sponsorship.

The purple corporate sponsorship package includes many of the advertising options in one bundled price. 

 

This package includes:

 

  • 1/2 page advertisement in program book (valued at $250.00)

  • Golden Regiment Invitational Website advertisement (valued at $500.00)

  • 1/2 page advertisement in spectator guide (valued at $150.00)

  • Banner advertisement on fence rail alongside entrance pavilion (valued at $500.00)

  • Hourly sponsor thank you announcement over PA system in between band performances (valued at $500.00)

 

The purple corporate sponsorship package can be upgraded by paying the difference in advertisement prices (i.e. half page program book advertisement can be upgraded to full page for an additional $250.00).

 

The purple corporate sponsorship package is priced at $1,500.00.

Gold Sponsorship.png

The gold corporate sponsorship package includes many of the advertising options in one bundled price. 

 

This package includes:

 

  • Full page advertisement in program book (valued at $500.00)

  • Golden Regiment Invitational Website advertisement (valued at $500.00)

  • Full page advertisement in spectator guide (valued at $300.00)

  • Banner on visitor side bleacher railing facing the main spectator seating (valued at $1,000.00)

  • Hourly sponsor thank you announcement over PA system in between band performances (valued at $500.00)

  • Partnership opportunities for mascots and/or company representatives to hand out additional advertising promotional materials outside admissions tent.

 

The gold corporate sponsorship package is priced at $3,000.00

Sponsorship commitments can be registered easily online by clicking the link below.  Sponsorship costs will need to be paid prior to the event date.  In event of cancellation, the money will be refunded back to the sponsor.  No other refunds will be offered.  

Sponsorships are first come, first serve and subject to the approval of the Golden Regiment Marching Festival coordinator's approval.  Sponsorships will be limited to ensure non-competing interests are promoted (i.e. one music store will be allowed event sponsorship).  Sponsorships from companies that don't represent the collective interests of the marching band or may reflect poorly on the image of the Golden Regiment or the Blue Springs School District will not be accepted.

The website www.goldenregimentinvitational.com is designed for three primary purposes:

 

  • Band Directors will visit this website to complete all registration paperwork and learn more about the amenities, judging, and accommodations.

  • Spectators will visit the site to learn about parking, amenities, and event schedule.

  • Advertising sponsors and vendors will visit the site to learn more about the opportunities to promote their business at the festival.

 

Company advertising (logo, location and website URL) can be included on each webpage at the rate of $500.00.
